Our Services – KAP
A guided, science-informed therapeutic approach designed to support deeper emotional healing, increased neuroplasticity, and lasting change.
Many individuals come to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy after years of insight, self-work, or traditional therapy, yet still feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to fully shift.
Anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, emotional disconnection, or chronic stress can persist even when there is a strong desire for change.
KAP offers a different therapeutic approach—one that works more directly with the brain, nervous system, and emotional experience to support deeper processing and transformation.
Ketamine, a medication originally used as an anesthetic, has emerged as a groundbreaking treatment for mental health challenges, offering rapid relief for conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy provides a unique opportunity to access and heal deep-seated emotional pain and unprocessed trauma.
Healing is deeply personal, and I believe every person deserves care that honors not only their symptoms, but their story.
One of the things that makes my approach to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy unique is that I work closely with a dedicated ketamine prescriber, allowing treatment to be thoughtfully tailored to your specific needs and goals. Rather than a one-size-fits-all experience, we work together to create a process that supports the healing you are seeking.
While ketamine can be profoundly therapeutic on its own, I have found that some of the deepest and most meaningful transformations occur when it is combined with skilled therapeutic support and integration. Ketamine often helps soften the barriers that have kept painful experiences, emotions, and patterns locked in place. It can create opportunities for new insight, self-compassion, and healing that may have previously felt out of reach.
What sets my work apart is the way ketamine is integrated with EMDR, parts work, attachment-focused therapy, and somatic healing. Together, these approaches help us gently work with not only what happened to you, but how those experiences continue to live within your mind, body, relationships, and sense of self.
Throughout the process, you will not be navigating these experiences alone.
I believe healing happens in relationship. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the wisdom of your nervous system. Together, we prepare for each ketamine experience, make space for whatever emerges, and thoughtfully integrate those experiences into your everyday life.
Whether you are seeking relief from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, our work will be guided by your goals and what matters most to you.
I am continually humbled by the courage it takes to begin this work. The experiences, wounds, hopes, and dreams you bring into therapy matter deeply. You matter deeply.
Ketamine can be a powerful catalyst for change, but it is the therapeutic relationship, the integration process, and the commitment to your healing that help transform insight into lasting growth. My hope is not simply that you feel better, but that you experience a deeper connection to yourself, greater freedom from old patterns, and a renewed sense of possibility for your life.
You do not have to do this alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
Research continues to show promising results for ketamine-assisted treatment, particularly when combined with psychotherapy and trauma-focused approaches. Please note that every person’s healing journey is unique. Research is continually evolving, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy may not be appropriate for everyone. A thorough assessment and consultation can help determine whether this approach may be a good fit for your needs and goals.
Ketamine has been used in medical settings for decades and, when administered appropriately within a therapeutic setting, can be a safe and effective tool for certain individuals.
Experiences vary from person to person, but many individuals remain aware throughout the process while experiencing shifts in perception, emotion, or insight.
The number of sessions depends on your goals, history, and individual needs. This can be discussed during the consultation process.
No. KAP can support individuals both new to therapy and those who have already done significant personal work.
KAP is most effective when integrated within an ongoing therapeutic process that includes preparation and integration support.
