Meet Harmonie

Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. Beyond finding the right therapeutic approach, it’s important to find someone with whom you feel safe, understood, and supported.

My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful healing happens through connection. I provide a calm, compassionate, and science-informed space where individuals can explore difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and move toward lasting change.

While I specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I also integrate EMDR Therapy and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) to tailor care to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or looking for a different approach after previous experiences, my goal is to help you feel supported every step of the way.

You Don't Need to Know Which Therapy Is Right for You

Every person’s story is unique, and the right therapeutic approach depends on your individual needs and goals. During your initial consultation, we’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, answer your questions, and determine together whether Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy, TRE, or another approach may be the best fit.

You don’t have to figure it out before reaching out—that’s what we’re here for.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a structured, evidence-informed approach that works directly with the brain and nervous system to help access and process deeply held patterns.

EMDR Therapy

A well-established approach for processing trauma and reducing the emotional impact of past experiences

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)

A body-based method that helps release stored tension and support nervous system regulation.

A Different Approach: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a structured, evidence-informed approach that works directly with the brain and nervous system to help access and process deeply held patterns.

By creating a temporary state of increased neural flexibility, KAP allows for meaningful therapeutic work that may be difficult to reach through traditional approaches alone.

This process is always guided, intentional, and supported—designed to create lasting change, not just temporary relief.

Our Process

A Structured, Supportive Process

Each step is designed to support safety, clarity, and meaningful integration.

Preparation

We begin by understanding your goals, history, and readiness. This creates a strong foundation for a safe and effective experience.

Experience

During the KAP session, you’re supported in accessing deeper emotional and neurological patterns in a guided, therapeutic environment.

Integration

Afterward, we work together to process insights and translate them into meaningful, lasting changes in your daily life.

For Those Ready for a Deeper Level of Change

This work is for individuals who feel ready to move beyond surface-level solutions and engage in a more meaningful healing process.

You may be:

  • Feeling stuck despite prior therapy or personal work
  • Experiencing anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
  • Navigating the effects of past experiences or trauma
  • Looking for an approach that works more directly with the mind and body

Whether you’re early in your healing journey or have been doing this work for years, this approach meets you where you are.
