KAP combines ketamine with psychotherapy in a carefully supported therapeutic setting.
By helping the brain move beyond habitual thought patterns and defensive responses, this process can create new opportunities for insight, emotional healing, and meaningful change.
KAP may be especially supportive for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, burnout, or persistent patterns that have not fully responded to traditional approaches alone.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a well-established therapeutic approach used to help individuals process and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic or distressing experiences.
EMDR works by supporting the brain’s natural ability to process difficult memories in a way that reduces emotional overwhelm and helps create new patterns of understanding and response.
TRE is a body-based approach designed to help release stored stress and tension held within the nervous system.
Through a series of gentle exercises, TRE supports the body’s natural ability to regulate stress, release tension, and restore a greater sense of balance and grounding.
Healing involves the mind, body, heart, and for many people, the spirit as well. For clients who desire it, I offer faith-informed counseling that thoughtfully integrates Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process.
